Excessive load times or trouble accessing the web page quickly.
To many advertisements, animations, or distractions on a web page.

Poor website navigation, hard to know where to go or where things are.

7. In your opinion what are the biggest "turn ons" when visiting a website that make your experience enjoyable and would give you an incentive to keep returning to that particular site.

Lots of interactive features or things to do
A site that is frequently updated and always has new content or information.
A site that is well organized and simple and clear to use.
A site with a well designed visual look or level of professionalism.

8. What are your thoughts on purchasing good and services online or using online transactions?

I purchase online regularly with little or no trouble.
I purchase online occasionally if it is a reputable company or source I believe I can trust.
I seldom purchase online but have before.
I do not purchase items online.
