Dave Runions – President/Partner

A Journeyman Plumber, Dave has been in the plumbing industry for 20 years, and president of D&T Plumbing for 15. Dave’s experience through his apprenticeship was mostly in wood-framed residential condo building. In 2006, a year after he received his journeyman ticket, Dave opened D&T Plumbing with his father and began site servicing for gas stations. In 2007, he began work in commercial construction as a mechanical contractor. Dave is a very enthusiastic, dedicated and involved owner and wishes to continue providing excellent service in the mechanical industry of construction.

Mike Dube – Project Manager/Partner

Mike joined the D&T Plumbing team as a Partner in 2011 and became a Journeyman Plumber in 2016. He became a Project Manager in 2018, a role he continues in today. Prior to working at D&T Plumbing, he was a Superintendent for South Paw Metal, a commercial siding company, for 10 years. Mike has solid organization skills including attention to detail and ensures quality control on any project. Mike works hard to ensure that D&T Plumbing provides great service and experience to all clients.

Jocelyn Ford – Project Coordinator

Jocelyn is actively involved in all projects at D&T Plumbing and assists the project managers to ensure effective communication between personnel, suppliers, and management teams. Jocelyn has a background in several aspects of the construction industry in both Ontario and Alberta, ranging from Cardel Homes where she was a residential home project coordinator, to other mechanical companies as a project manager. Jocelyn also has significant experience in the plumbing wholesale industry; she was an integral part of Emco where she held several roles including Commercial Quotations and Outside Sales.

Brandon Summers – Project Coordinator

Brandon is the newest addition to D&T, joining the team in October 2021. Brandon comes from the plumbing wholesale world where he worked for Andrew Sheret Limited (formally Frontier Supply) building and managing the Commercial Quotations and Project Management teams for all of Alberta and Saskatchewan. Brandon has a background in supply chain management and is pursuing his Project Management Professional designation. Brandon is actively involved in both the estimating and project management components of D&T.

James Aucoin – Office Manager

James joined the team in September 2021 and brought with him a wealth of experience in construction and finance. After graduating from the University of Calgary, James climbed the ranks of a major financial institution for the better part of 10 years before transitioning to the construction industry. Most recently, James was the long-time Controller of a large player in the building materials sector here in Calgary. No stranger to administration and accounting, James is now overseeing these duties at D&T.
