This ASP class will involve athletic movements incorporated in the first 20 mins and the remaining 40 will be lifting free weights increasing overall physical strength.
The class runs on a 4 week block targeting speed, strength, agility and conditioning.
Class is open to anyone over the age of 18. Moms, dads, former athletes, anyone who is looking to better themselves physically and mentally.
Classes capped at 8 people.
